Nice but costly

The hotel is nice however the food is incredibly expensive. There are no other eatouts nearby.The hotel is 5 km inside from mashobra. It's a secluded place with no markets, nothing else nearby. One tea costs 150 bucks. One aloo paratha is 200 bucks. Now you can decide what you would want

Absolutely beautiful scenery, rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Electric blanket was provided

No heating in restaurant or in common areas in accomodation. Had to walk down a very slippery and icy road to get there.

Great Location, Average Service

The location of the property is beautiful! The rooms have been well built and there is a balcony in each with a mountain view.

The service. Our check in time was too much. The room was still getting cleaned while we were let in. Room service took too much time and often did not send in what was required. The hotel doesn't have a spa despite what is mentioned in the name. It is an expensive property and looks like it, but honestly, you expect more value for money when you are paying through your nose. Didn't leave me happy.

Overall the stay was fine.

The resort is located on a very scenic location, gives the view to the whole valley. Rooms were really nice, big , clean and comfy. Food was also fine, breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety.

They really need to add some extra curricular activities, or a room with carom, a table tennis table etc . Should work on the aesthetics of the spa & also add some windows in the Spa (for the view) , so that the customer gets the view of the valley , because that's why they are there.

Very disappointed

The view from the rooms, the location of the hotel.

The place is dirty and bad smell comes from the drains. The bathrooms are really in bad shape and no real cleaning is made from one guest to another. This is not a four star hotel and definitely not a luxury one, even in comparison to simple hotels in India.
